This beautiful breast cancer survivor presented really unhappy after multiple attempts at reconstruction. She had animation deformity and unsatisfactory implant placement. She underwent a switch from under the muscle to over the muscle with pocket and crease adjustments and a nice fresh cohesive gel implant. She is 9 months since her surgery.
