The weather is starting to chill, and the fashion forecast declares serious boot and booties conditions!
Boots are again prominently featured in different styles, lengths, and heights. Women often come to my office with frustration over their disproportionate calves that present an impediment to wearing the latest styles in footwear. Just last week, I performed liposuction to the calves and ankles for two women –both over 50 years old- who wanted better lower leg contours that were not improving with diet and exercise.
