This young woman underwent bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction with prepectoral 445cc moderate projection gel implants and Alloderm. She underwent a second surgery which included fat transfer from the abdomen to her breasts to soften her look. She is photographed almost 3 years after her mastectomy and 8 months after her fat transfer, 200cc/side. She loves her outcome!
