This is a 47 year old woman with breast asymmetry who desired improved symmetry but did not want a lift or reduction. Since she was interested in liposuction too, we discussed grafting the fat into her breasts, with more on the right compared to the left. She had that done and is 3 months after surgery. She has better symmetry and improved cleavage. Patient Age: 47
