This is a 40 year old woman who has a history of weight loss and prior saline breast implants. She wanted more lift in the breasts, as well as increased size. She increased from a 350cc to 450 cc saline implant and had a mastopexy performed. Now she is lifted and has a more amply filled skin envelope.
