This woman in her late 30's had saline breast augmentation 15 years prior by another surgeon. Since the surgery and 3 pregnancies, the implants settled low, with the nipples appearing to be too superiorly located. She underwent an implant exchange, maintaining saline implants at 480 cc, with tightening of the breast pockets to lift and tighten her breasts, which now look incredible, and natural! She is photographed 8 months after surgery.
