This woman presented post silicone gel breast augmentation from another plastic surgeon. She thought her implants were seated too low, and she was right (original surgeon tried to convince her that breast implants were in optimal position). She underwent revision of the implant pocket, maintaining the same implant. She looks much better and is very pleased 5 months post surgery.
